No not really Everything you need is already on the 200tdi engine. All you need to do is change the steering box over. You may need to make a few brackets but If you're capable of doing an engine change then the PAS change will be childs play.
Ah cheers, I'm not doing the conversion, no space to work, it's at a Land Rover specialist. I'm over there on Tuesday so I'll ask him about doing it while he's swapping the engine over.
