How do i tell if my freelander 1.8 1999 as manual cam belt tensioner or auto belt tensioner ?

Are you changing a belt?

The manual has a wire clip, with a V-notch pointer that aligns itself with the clip.

No mate, just curious, I didn't know if you could tell by the engine number.
