Hi, any idea roughly how much an lpg conversion would cost? Just bought a '96 3.9xs auto & the wife's moaning already.....

I have a '92 V8i auto, also the wife moans at the fuel bill, but it has been a good runner, only done 93k and plenty of life in it still. if i had to change it then would go for a diesel, on a good run will get 250-280 out of the tank with about 11ltrs left.

LPG conversion between £1500 and £2300 but the important thing is to find a good conversion place - lots of muppets out there bodging conversions so try to find someone by a number of different recommendations.
