I have just been offered a 02 discovery mot failure is it worth buying it failed on the following
Reason(s) for failure
Im handy with a welder as have owned a few transits over the years but would the chassis be to far gone to save in this case. I cant get to have a look at it as its over 200 miles away and dont know enough about landrovers rotting to make a wasted journey if its gonna be beyond hope when I get there thanks

- Offside Outer Body or chassis has excessive corrosion, seriously affecting its strength within 30cm of the body mountings sill (6.1.B.2)
- Offside Rear Outer Body or chassis has excessive corrosion, seriously affecting its strength within 30cm of the body mountings out rigger (6.1.B.2)
- Nearside Front Body or chassis has excessive corrosion, seriously affecting its strength within 30cm of the body mountings out rigger (6.1.B.2)
- Nearside Rear Body or chassis has excessive corrosion, seriously affecting its strength within 30cm of the body mountings ou rigger (6.1.B.2)
- Offside Rear Body or chassis has excessive corrosion, seriously affecting its strength within 30cm of the body mountings chasis (6.1.B.2)
