Wel guys and girls, it's that time of year again. Yes the rangey has decided it wants a Xmas pressie again. This year it wants a replacement air suspension pipe to the Nsr airbag, caused through me not replacing the holed exhaust.

My first question is can I just cut out the exploded section of pipe and replace it with copper?

Second question is how, and what kit will I need?

You can join in a new section of plastic tube with a pair of airline connectors, better would be to run a new length. Try symliseP38 on Ebay for the pipe and fittings, not expensive.

Everywhere you have a join you have the potential for a leak. I don't imagine the pipe will be expensive so I'd be tempted to replace the lot.

Once again many thanks guys, both parts ordered and will be installed next weekend then at least I know wifey will be safer than in her c1 over the winter, then next year I think I'll replace all pipes with copper.

Cheers

Waste of time, just keep your exhaust in good order:D
