For any range rover/disco, it's either the stock soft 'A' bar or its no bar!
Somehow everything else just looks out of place on them.
 
I would think that not only the fashion police but the normal police could have something to say especially if you were involved in an accident involving a pedestrian .
 
that thing wont get insurance in the UK.

EU Legislation being that it has to pose on additional risk of injury to a pedestrian or vehicle in the event of an impact and has to be type approved
