I'm after a bulkhead for a defender is eBay the best place to get 1.???

Check out the For Sale sections on the various forums and of course there is Ebay.
You could also post in the Wanted sections stating your location, that way people who are at the opposite end of the country won't answer.

If you are on face book try 4x4 parts for sale and wanted, there is a decent 300tdi bulkhead for sale at the moment.
