Anyone recommend some budget offroad tyres for trials etc, these would be a second set so on road manners not important:)

I've got a pair of Bronco Roughriders on the front £50 apiece or thereabouts, they've done OK so far. If I can be arsed I'll check the tread wear against mileage and get back to you.

Right then time let you know how sad I realy am.

July 8th 164980 miles on the clock and new Bronco Roughriders with 14mm of tread.

September 8th 165901 miles and 13.75mm tread.

I've been to Langdale once and Kirton twice dunno how many offroad miles to road miles that works out at I'm not that sad.

But the tyres are OK seem to be able to do what everyone else does, even if Lenny does think I should have a brush shoved up my arse for buying remoulds.

You get what you pay in my opinion.

But look through LRO and there are loads of companies flogging them.

Pick and choose.

cheapest new ones ive ever seen are colways at 43 quid. you can get yokohamas for about 57 quid.

place near me does SH german AT/MT etc tyres, at between 15 and 35 quid.
