If you were using it as a screwdriver and it broke you must be the incredible hulk, if on the other hand you were misusing it then tough titty, ya ain't gonna get it replaced.
I have Snap On screwdrivers in perfect condition and they are at least 25 years old.

if you bought it off your local dealer get him to change it when you next want to buy something

Decent tools only ever fail if they're misused, how many times on here have you read "chisel it off with a screwdriver" "lever it off with a screwdriver" etc.

It does say on the handle snap on gs002 do not use as pry bar or chisel which i also have i was tweaking my pump on my disco.it snapped on the screw on the top of the pump.

Have to say I've always bought decent but not mega expensive tools. and the only time I've ever snapped a screwdriver was a Phillips using a pair of molegrips on handle to try and get a seized screw out

I crack snap on impact sockets all the time using a snap on air gun-That's using them as they're designed. But I do agree snapping a screwdriver while using it as a screwdriver would take some doing.
