the small pipe that sits above the top oil pipe on the rad (200tdi) how important is it i broke it off today. it has a rubber hose that goes to the expansion tank can i just seal it up or is it done for

We use stuff called Qbond and sticks most things back on /together seen a few tags from rads use it now

I have gorilla glue if I have to glue it back on just wondering if I can block it up
