Just finished replacing the breather filter and while I was taking out the old unit I broke a small plastic pipe that sits on top of the injector and connects to the fuel spill pipe.
What part do I now need to buy?
Other 3 are fine and the actual pipe is fine.

Thanks

Just take that photo into your local Landrover dealer, the plastic pipe union you've broken easily pulls off the injector once you slide the metal clip off & won't be difficult to replace.

Phoned around and tried a few breaker`s yards.
The breakers won`t sell the complete rail on its own and the dealers won`t sell the piece I need on it`s own.
Gonna have to buy it from a dealer.
Around £20-25
Is it hard to fit the complete thing?

Is there any adhesive available that would be any good?

I've had a look on microcat and you're right the small plastic junction is not available as parts. The entire unit is the fuel spill rail and part number is MSP101340L.

I'm sure you can get the part you need from a scrappy - but if not try a truck diesel specialist or dare I say it, local BMW dealership.

Same happened to me one evening and needed the vehicle next morning. I used a plastic tube from a cotton bud to bodge the thing together until I got a replacement from an old rover. Bodge lasted weeks because its only a low pressure return. Dealers would only sell the complete return pipe.

Glad you got that sorted via breakers yard. I notice in your pic that the injector is corroded. Please spray some penetrating oil round the injector bases as one day you may have to remove one of them, if they are rusted in, you can spend serious amounts of cash getting them out.D..
