Sad to hear of your wife's illness and understand. Yes the Bretons are one of a kind probably similar to the Cornish. But love them and the life here. Frustrating sometimes when you cannot do something really quickly but I keep reminding my husband that this is what we came for the quiet pace of the lifestyle, the beautiful countryside. I do come over to the UK to see my ageing parents but do not miss anything. Can get it all here. Yes feel totally safe here. Would not have walked on my own at night in the UK but here, well no contest. I hope life gets better in the UK and hate to see it tearing itself apart!

Sounds great Hicap hill! If you are coming to Pontivy then let me know. Would love to see your vehicles - you could drop by our watermill if you are in the area?

I have a few classic car tours I wil be on with the organiser so I can "try" to find the route.
May come back over for the Tour de France as near yours and think 3 stages in Brittany.is always a long wait then they are so fast and gone in 3 seconds.

Hello all, just wondering if anybody on here lives in France or comes over sometimes? Always nice to say Hi to new people.
Hello Grey Boyce,

Just joined the LZ, we are just a few Km East of Loudeac, just off the N164.
Expecting a Freelander very soon.
Spoke to James Barrington about which Freelander to get and then took his advice. Found a nice 2006, 3 Door in Met Grey, 98,000 Miles.
Can't wait!

Bon Chance!
