Cn't wait to get some tyres. All down to money.

when I go laning i'll take rear ones off. Easy job ten mins. but I do feel it holds the road better with them. Thanks for the reply. Need to put check plate on passenger side aswell. Next weeks jobby.

Brit part swivel pins and bushes for abs 300tdi i bought from dingocroft were no good, expensive mistake as they were flown from uk to nz, won't use them again and will put "no Brit part crap" on all my orders from now on.

Just fitted britpart petrol tank in series 3, it was close but had to cut a bit of the seat box so the filler pipe fit through hole

have done approx 12000mile on britpart rear bearing and seal no probs touch wood! better than the bearmach anti roll bar link that is squeeking after about 1500:(

well had flowflex bushes on from britpart and already took off ones for shockers and gone with standard for a real difference. everything else seems ok. Apart from it seems to sit down on the drivers side an inch or up on the passenger side. Thought it could be the springs but all are same distance from axle to top of spring. But wasn't like that with old springs. Strange one. Have to keep looking for something obvious.

Brit-Part is **** I’ve bought Brit –Part for my Disco slave cylinder was faulty badly made, I had clutch master cylinder again badly made faulty, I had a distributor for my R/R badly made crap. Brit-Part crap.

I've fitted lots of Britpart parts via Paddocks, over the years and have only had one faulty part that was immediately replaced by Paddocks.

Britpart exhaust systems are excellent, never needed to replace any. Only thing is they can sometimes have poor finish, causing hand cuts.

Britpart, Like Allmakes, Like Bearmach are all just wholesalers - they don't make anything.

Tried to fit a Britpart D2 rear coil conversion the other day, only to find the lower spring seats were incorrectly manufactured. They rested on the axle, rather than the axle bracket. The Bearmach kit fitted fine.

For a DIYer, who wants to do it as cheap as possible, Britpart is worth it (I guess). Anyone else needs to look elsewhere.

Theyre supposed to rest on the axle! The spring mount itself won't take the weight...

As above, Britpart seals tend to be poor quality, otherwise ive not had a failed part as far as i can remember, my vehicle is 90% Britpart and proud :D

P.S. This is because my local supplier was predominantly a Britpart dealer, no other reason.

Britpart also have the widest range, some items are only supplied by them.

Anyway will be interesting to see how OP gets on :)
