Fantic or ever u r found sum imfo on here that did help temp going nearly to top but if keep driveing goes bk down to normal so on here got told so went ad sniffer test done then for fuk it so got new thermostate water pump fuel filter oil + filter cus wen i had it deliverd sum delivery driver drove it 100 miles with tje wirs pulld out the cloks and only had my td5 2 weeks and wanted lern the problem and fix it my self

If I read that correctly you have either
1) gauge telling lies and it should if overheated run fans until plugged into diagnostic computer if disco td5
2) cracked head 50mph on boost and it overheats-ask ratty

Fantic got all the parts naw £90 head tec at wem in shropshire skiming head and testing it for £170 and new gasket £75 a dnt no alot about cars bit i do all my own wrk on mine get advis and do it my self

LEAVE the poor bastid alone FFS.. he's dyslexic, so FFS leave it out. Slag him for spamming slag him for posting in wrong section, slag him for whatever ya fooking want. BUT DON'T take the **** out of his disablity..
I'm not sure if he is :scratching_chin: it seems deliberately bad in an attempt to speak in text language rather than truly dyslexic .I have a severely dyslexic friend who gets his study grant etc so I do know what its like talking to someone with it.
This strikes me as poor on a deliberate level

A only drive at 50 ad it up to 70 and it goes 3 quaters drop speed then drops to normal but to day only dne it once haw i drive it and av 60 nearly to day on here got told hg so having that dne to as need it running spot on to tow with

do you know heads gone ,is it pressurising ,low coolant level ,poor rad can give problems apart from thermostat etc

you have a friend who's dyslexic and that makes you an expert
well when you've spent five years talking to them and others in person and on fb you can get a bit of a feel for it
just seems deliberately bad in this case then again I'm past the point of caring on this thread considering how arsey he got after not reading the rules.Playing the disability card is just a low attempt at salvaging a lost fight, had he been after help anyway on a different thread there must have also been a reason why he didn't get it

And a dont have heaters only wen header bottle got empty a left the lid off and drove it 3 miles to chek and ad fill it with 6 pints of hot water it is weard cus most the time stays at normal bit it dont use water eather
