Well fair's fair chum, you got to be straight with folk. So what do you get for £500?

You get what's left of the Disco, this is the car without the bits that have been already sold. As I have already said, I do not have the facilities to remove the engine or gear box, so as the V8 engine is part of the car someone can buy the car instead of just those bits. I then tell the DVLA that the buyer has taken the vehicle as scrap with the V5/3.

Do you now understand, or do I need to draw a comic strip?

So then as the chassis is basically what the log book (V5) refers to because the body is removable the buyer has no choice but to scrap the vehicle unless of course they pay you more money for the V5 paperwork?

The new owner will never get the V5. This is sent to the DVLA witht the new ower details with the V5/3 filled out stating the new owner has taken it as scrap.

Will you get this. For the last time,
I will not / would not sell the V5 and I have not said I would.

Are you all taking the **** or what??

Would you like me to post that screen shot CLEARLY stating that you're willing to sell the V5 for the 3rd f'k**g time?!?!

Why are YOU deciding if the vehicle is scrap? Isn't that up to the next owner?

All you do is sell the vehicle for £500 and then transfer ownership.

But it seems there are so many variables to the sale.

I think the general consensus is that you are taking the **** and trying to dictate how the purchaser uses that vehicle in future and restrict any further use in case they might earn a few extra quid out a vehicle that you trashed.

Which is just not cricket.

What a bunch off sad, sad ****s...

If you really think I'm selling the V5, call the police...

I'm off now, because I have a life and have wasted enough time with this.

As unfortunate as it was that you rolled your Disco on the (not so) Happy Valley, I really can't help but think that you banged your head just a wee bit too hard.

Get well soon.
