ok so I started to fit my brake pipe kit today that I got off eBay. Now I’ve managed to get most of the pipes fitted apart for the one that goes to the master cylinder as the fitting is smaller. The biggest problem I’ve got is the front o/s pipe is about 18” too long unless I’m missing something here. I take it that the pipe just runs from the flexi hose along the top of the chassis to the 4 way union?
Also does someone have a pic of how the brake pipe runs from the master cylinder to the 4 way union?

That's different from mine. Mines is single line with a servo. The 4 way valve is much further back.

I know this might defeat the point of buying a ready made kit, but brake pipe flaring tools are very cheap and it is a very easy skill to develop. There are plenty of tutorials and youtube videos on how to do it. Unless it is an obvious routing issue it might be worth getting a flaring kit (similar to this: link) and just shortening the pipe buy the required length. Then the next time you need brake pipes (which I find is every time I remove one) you can then make your own up in a couple of minutes rather than having to buy them pre-made. With the time saved and cost difference of making your own the initial outlay on the tool kit very quickly pay for itself.
 
To be honest I think I've got a pipe flarer. I just can't find it. Oh and not a problem making them up as I used to be a motor mechanic. It was just for quickness and donut was easier. Turns out the kit I've got is for one without a servo when mine has a servo. Bummer.
