Can anyone advise please, My brake lights have suddenly stopped working on my 03 plate Freelander. I've checked the fuse's and relays, plus the reversing lights still work, which I believe are on the same wiring loop!!?? I've also checked the bulbs. It seems strange that all 3 brake lights have disappeared at the same time together.

Anyone had this problem before and can help rectifiy it????

sounds like your brake light switch behind the brake pedal is goosed.

Thanks ratty,

That's not the easiest part to replace is it, fiddley under there, yes.
Is there an easy way to replace this part????

lie on your back and think of anything unconnected to freelander

Easy to replace, it just twists 45 degrees to the right and out it pops, disconnect the multiplug and connect to the new and pop back in the same way, even I did it!!
