Hi all, have noticed a leak on this today seems to be coming from the bell housing cover are these a servicable component or is it a case of fitting a new one?

Are you sure it's the brake bias valve that's leaking Mick? It should be mounted on the bulkhead, below and slightly to the right of the brake servo.
A leak from the bell housing could be the slave cylinder leaking.

Hi the leak seems to be coming from the left hand side of this, (may not be called a bell housing?) Where it joins the main body.

Pretty sure those units are sealed, so I suspect one of the pipe unions must be leaking.
That is the brake bias valve Kev and it's fixed to the bulkhead. The bell housing is the round, flared out end of the gearbox that bolts on to the back of the engine block.

Thanks ive checked the union all seem tight, will whip it off and see if it can be sorted if not looks like some more pennies will have to be spent on a new one. Ah well

If you do end up needing a replacement I have a brand new one sat on the shelf that I ordered for my rebuild (thread link) a few of months ago before discovering now I had the later brake master that did not need one!
Part number ANR1415 (link), it has also gone up in price since I ordered it in July I paid £116 for it from paddocks. I am based in Warwick if you are local or can post. if you end up needing one I am open to sensible offers as it is no use to me.
