Anyone done the roverville upgrade that allows the iphone to be integrated into existing radio? If so is there a holder or bracket for the phone available anywhere

Sandy ..........I've had an Iphone fer years & NEVER found one that "Works" properly ...

That said the "Best" one I had/have is a Bracket for a HP Ipaq

>>>>>>THIS>>>>MOULDED HOLDER MOUNT VENT BRACKET HP IPAQ HW6515

leaves the "Botton open" (Excuse the pun!) fer charging & is "Fairly stable" (Especially if you use the "Vent Mount"

I have an Iphone since the Iphone 3 release and i use a magnet mount in all my cars for all the cell phones i have and even for some GPS.

Never had any issue with cell phone and magnet.

Cost almost nothing, discrete, very strong, you can tilt the phone in any side. I never lost one even on a speedy run or on a trail offroad.

I love it.

Bury THB system9 iphone holder and charger....widely available online...this kit gives the option for an external antenna connection...fitted a lot of these in my daily job... works well but a bit bulky and ugly

I have to send my radio to roverville to be decoded and they will install a jack to plug the iphone in and it becomes hands free and automatically mutes the radio when a call comes in so just looking for a phone carrier

Hi,

Roverville did my head unit in the summer and I connect my iPod classic to it. My holder is a Brodit that can charge from the cigarette lighter power socket. Only problem I have is when charging the iPod I get noise as the power outlet is not suppressed. I have seen a suppressor online, just not got round to getting one. Been too busy with busted compressor and fitting Gen3's. Now that's sorted I'll get the suppressor ASAP.

LW.....
