Well i have owned the freelander for 4 days and have laready started to but stuff for it. I managed to ger a brand new rain cover (for when i remove the hardtop) for £25 and a bike rack for 4 bikes that bolts onto the spare wheel.

Only annoying thing was whilst on ebay buying thiese bits, i noticed the Range Rover P38 I wanted, before my wife spent my cash on the freelander, went for £1,300 so was £700 under my budget :(, ohh well might have to save up again and buy one, pitty the 1.8 isnt frugal enough for my work journeys, though havent really had chance to test as its been hard to prise the keys off the wife.

Don't worry, with it being a 1.8 petrol & many happy head gaskets later it won't be long before she throws the keys at you wondering why she ever bought it.
