So after nearly going Jap I saw sense and bought an 02 Disco TD5

It's a "special vehicle" even has the plate but no idea what that means
It seems to have rear electric windows, but blanks in the console and doors, if I buy some switches will the windows work?

There seems to be a strap that looks like it supports the fuel tank filler pipes, but it's rusted off, can these be bought and re attached?

Does it have rear seats? was it once a commercial vehicle?

Does have rear seats and setbelts, it has privacy glass but no idea if it started life as a commercial, insurance didn't say it was a van
