jus noticed, the bottom left 'and corner of me drivers side door is gettin brittle and dont look too 'ealthy.

its only aboot the two inch square corner of the door but it dont look great.

any ideas on how to fix it without replacing an otherwise perfectly great door!or shud I jus leave it be??i'l post a pic if theres a demand!;)

leave it be - you've got more important things to worry about by the sounds of it.

o christ, yeah..the clunkin!i'v given up on tryin to find out wat it is, guess i'l ave ta wait til somethin drops off me landy!

anyways, check yer A Frame ball joint - often the source of mysterious clunks.

yeah thats been checked, and ujs, propshaft, pretty much most common things!fook knows wat it is!!!!o well find me a landy that dont clunk and i'l find u one that dont drip oil! ;)

oi trew, jus a quick question, is there any way a novice can check the a ball joints?jus to double check?or is it a reet complicated/danger filled venture i should stay well clear of!!any 'elp wood b gratefully traded for cider

get a pry bar between yer axle and A frame and see if you can move them relative to one another. don't damage the brake pipes though.

the bottoms of my doors are barely there any more - lets the water out easier. Mine dnt leak oil, amazingly. Although, it does clunk though.

my old man (for some reason) carpet tiled the garage/workshop which is where he keeps his MG Midget. duhh. needless to say theres now some cardboard and a strip heater down the middle

When I bought it, i parked it up and went to bed (late night purchase!). Woke up the next morning looked under it and thought "oi ****er, aint no oil in it!" I checked and there bloody is! I'm scared its gonna fall apart or sommat
