I'm going to bite the bullet and have the Bosch pump and Injectors professionally rebuilt. Looking at pricing/quality two names keep coming up; Bob Beck in Warwickshire...and Diesel Bob in Ribchester.

Can anyone confirm best recommendation of either the above or a.n.other Bosch specialist. I'm based in sunny Berkshire.

ps I'd normally dive-in and do these at home but am running out of time...

Maybe 'United Diesel' in Shrewsbury.....
Nice people.
Had 300tdi Bosch pump done and my injectors refurbed with hi-flow nozzels there a while back.

I used Diesel Bob in 2016 fir a refurb of my 200tdi pump, excellent service and very helpful with advice on refitting.

Refurb the pump your self it's only seals easily done

Not if it’s breaking up internally, I was getting swarf on the solenoid all the time.

Guys, thanks for your notes above. Emailed Diesel Bob and others over night for pricing/quality of rebuild. Diesel Bob returned a good detailed email and were very correctly priced. Off now to box up and post this afternoon.
