the housings must be marked up so they can be realigned or as you say wont run properly

For the centre section, yes and if you don't know what you are doing that can be a pain in the butt. The pressure head seal that you posted is a different ball game. If you don't know how to change it in situ and don't go about it the correct way, you can get in a lot of trouble.
 
just follow my how to guide watch the youtube vids over and over then dive in lol

I don't need to follow your guides or videos on youtube i know how to do it. Diving in is a good way of ballsing something up. But it's his injection pump i suppose. ;)

Well I followed the instructions emailed to me by Dave, (Biketeacher)
and found his detailed info easy to follow, and job simple to do, (Much easier than I had imagined!)
Result.......TRUCK WOULDN'T START!
Check, Re-Check/ Still Nowt!
pm to dave who gave me his phone no.,and diagnosis and his advice,
Result............Boom! She fired into life and has been running faultlessly since!:)
Also bonus, has gone from 15-18 mpg to 25-30 mpg!:)
