5-10 % I'm sure you would be fine,In fact it will offer improved lube to your pump. Just if you add higher % it might survive it might not, luck of the draw. Most of the damage will be done from cold. once up to temperature then the pump is far less likely to be damaged. Adding a duel tank and heat exchanger will be fine on most vehicals. (provided that you let the engine reach temperature)
