maybe it's due to the dumb downed education system that removes all practical skills such as metalwork and woodwork and replace it with resistive materials
no lathes,miller etc just acrylic sheet and a glue bottle ,0r is the labelling to stop the latest generation calling it a "jeep" or could it be when translated into other languages
it offensive to their beliefs .or maybe JLR thought the extra letter in land rover was not cost effective

Ooh imagine billet titanium letters for the word DEFENDER now thats sexy! Also £1200 cost....
Some don't they say 90 or 110...
Though they're not defenders but are before them and after series..
