I had this on my 109. One of the bulkhead out riggers had rotted at the top. Over bumps the outrigger was under strain as the axle tried to twist the chassis this then allowed the whole bulkhead to flex a little.

New outrigger and no creak.

That is if you can hear it just under one of the floor panels.
 
It's not anything to do with the Spring or shock is it? I had a metal clunk and a ding, turned out the shock, bushes and washers were knackered.

I thought that too, though just replaced all shocks and springs.
