ma brother jist got one o these plasma cutters but ive not got me hands on it yet
what kinda disc you using we use 1mm at work cuts quite well
mind you ive got a 12 minute charger fer mine
ah think there 1.5's, ad have to go check but them definalty fer cutting rather than grinding, and me charger take an hour to charge em up

ours are 1.2mm steel blades thet are mostly used fer ducting and aircon
we also use 1mm stainless steel cutting disc called slitter disc there ecxellent but pricey
check out fleabay fer chargers and spare batteries there some good buyit now deals
