Well it’s a freelander 2 deisel hse 2010 built in UK but for South Africa market…its got all the usual on dashboard face and steering wheel but that’s it!…I Assume it doesnt have the necessary module…hoping might just be a case of finding location and plugging in one (eBay showing quite a few)..any info will be very welcone
the navigation system also is different, we have post code option this has motorway option..makes setting destination a bit of a pain.

where is the Bluetooth ecu module located on Freelander 2 2010
The BT module is behind the RH boot side panel, along with the amplifier and DAB module if it has one.

Thanks for that! How do you remove the panel many thanks
Ah, there's a question. Your best bet is to download the manual, which is available on this forum somewhere.
But basically you need to remove the boot lip trim, the bag hook, the boot seal, and either the seat mount or seat belt anchor, I forget which. It's also wise to get some spare clips from LR, as you'll almost certainly break at least one.
