i connected a trailer board to my defender yesterday and my rear tail light ant my front side light on one side has blown would this be a fuse in my fusebox or would it be each bulb

FFS change the bulb if that dont work check the fuses!

Keep trailer board it seens ok. Replace defender its the problem.

i think it may be a faulty n°5 injector as this is known to cause blown bulbs and sometimes it causes the foo foo valve to mal function

I changed the foo foo valve on my Freelander - Its a pig of a job

thats why its caled a foo foo valve - coz when yu finished - yu go "phew!"

There's a spare set of fuses and bulbs inside the spare tyre.
