Just got the sump off to find it was previously cleaned with a disc cutter or very course sanding disc looks like it's bin draged down the road lots of distortion on the forward edge and 3 deep guoges in the timing case can see where they have forced a screw driver in and leverd hard then in a bit further leverd then move over a bit and repeat.no wonder it leaked oil everywhere...Oh i hate monkeys!!!.
