After spending £600 on replacing my injectors my car runs sweet for 1 day until the next problem arises.

I am getting a knocking noise from underneath the car. It only happnes when i am moving very slowely. As soon as i pick up speed it stops.

Does anybosy have any ideas?

I bet this is going to cost me a F*ck**ng fortune!! I had a an old Saab before this with 150K miles and i diddnt have a single spot of bother.

Any more Crap and it's Land Cruiser here i come.

welcome to the scary world of landrover, ;)

so, this knocking, where abouts under the car, what sort of knocking, is it when the wheels are turned or just straight or both. we need more info to even try to diagnose ;)

i agree with yella disco man we need more info ,or do like the guy from soudi says and flogg it with a big stick !!!!!!!!

The knocking sounds as if it is coming from the underside rear of the car. It only happens when i am moving very slowely (parking etc). As soon as i pick up speed it stops. The knocking occurs regardless of the wheel position.

Thanks

Seriously...does anyone have an idea of how much this kind of thing would cost to put right (ballpark obviously) cos i've a nasty feeling that my 300TDI may be suffering from the same thing, when i pull up at lights or slow to park i get a knocking and the car kind of lurches a little too, bit tough to explain but even a novice like me can tell something is up, a vague idea of possible cost prior to heading off to the garage would be good.

Thanks in advance.
