Hey Up Peepz,
After having my range rover for a bit it seems that the blend motors are knackered on the drivers side.
Now the 'plan' is to get all 3 and fit them in by taking the long route and removing the dash completely (I can also replace the lights on the HEVAC and the speedo) Now is there anyone near Sheffield who has a glutton for punishment and would like to help me in such a task?

I have been reading through the guide that Moz has put up so all going well that is the plan.

Other questions are -

Am i best off going OEM for the Blend Motors or should i use Brit-Part or will they live up to their name of ****-part?

i used britpart ones they have been all right up to press,if your taking the dash out i would take the heater box out and check no flaps are sticking,i total striped mine and coated all the moving parts with silicone grease, you could move the flaps with a feather they where that lose,i removed the passenger air bag when i did mine, here's the link http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/f10/air-bag-removal-when-removing-dash-213954.html#post2383487,have you can get to the dash bolts a lot easier!

Do a search. If I remember rightly, Valeo ones from a Peugeot are the same.
Personally I wouldn't touch ****part.

are you sure they are knackered i got all 3 of mine replaced last year (£400)
had a look at the duff one and it was just stuck with the grease that was in there ,
i think if i had forced it by putting power down the wires it would have cured it .
there is some info about doing this on the web somewhere
