What’s the best thing for a bit of maintenance on blend motors and flaps why I’ve got my dash out I had the dreaded book symbol up nanocom was saying distribution motor fault 55 I think but unplugged the white connector on the back left it out for a while re connected it all up ran the clear faults and did all the calibration opened and closed checked for faults nothing to report all good so now just wanted to clean and mabey little lubricant any suggestions much appreciated

When you start re-assembly, connect the HEVAC (& all sensors), and Instrument Cluster before you put the dash top on. On mine the HEVAC would not light up without the cluster connected !!

Then while you can see everything, test the flaps in all positions, and check for leaks on orings or pipes depending on what heater core you have used.
