Hi. I would like to pick the brains of the P38 experts please :)

After sorting out my heater matrix o-rings and putting everything back together the driver's side heating isn't working. Quick scan gave the fault codes in the attached pic. Before diving in I wondered if anyone had any thoughts on the route cause ? I am assuming it is a case of a new blend motor to begin with but any advice and experience much appreciated.

Cheers

I'd unplug to remove the codes and try again.
They can stick, which causes a fault, if you flash across the connections with a 9v battery, it will cause them to move slightly and might jolly them into action

Cheers. Will give it a shot :)

Inside the blend motor casing the little position potentiometer can suffer from a cracked solder joint which can create this effect also.

Hmm. Works for 36 months, and then a 12 month subscription required, but no one says what that costs !!
