Hi, i'm currently having problems bleeding my disco.
I replaced the P Gasket, bled the system and then took it for a run. the top rad hose has a slight split in it so i taped it up and ordered a new one. I then went for a small drive to test everything was ok, tempreture guage said everything was great, then it went all clakety, and cut out on me. After sitting there waiting for it to cool down, i topped it up with water and limped it home. Struggling to start it atm aswell.
The new hose came to day so i though i'd give it a fresh start and bleed it completely. however im not being very successful. its almost like the diso is rejecting the water. i empty the system and fill it back up with all caps off. put rad cap on, and fill from thermostat housing. once levels are the same in header tank and termostat housing i start it up. It chucks all water out both holes and i have to start process again. Ive tried filling it up while its running and still no joy. Ive gone about this every way i possoble can but still not having any joy, its just chucking the water back out.
this is my only car so i need to get this sorted asap
Any ideas anyone?
