OK, last wiring question (for this week).
Loose end with bullet connector. Comes off main loom behind instrument panel. Don't know if belongs engine side or dash side. Looks black (main) and slate but cannot find this combo in diagram. Black/white only but don't know if there is a corresponding male bullet to go in 'er. (Autosparks main loom so some spares). My vehicle is 1988 OneTen with 11L 200tdi transplant.

In a possible answer to my question, looks like could be handbrake warning light switch?? Any confirmation before I button up the dash would be appreciated.

sure its not black/blue diff-lock

Definitely black/slate- interior light which makes sense- I don't have one but might install one now. SOOO many wiring diagrams- hadn't seen that last one before. Thanks

@mystery I like these colour coded wiring diagrams - would you know where I could download good quality copies/copies where the writing is good and clear
