Hello all, Sorry to create another eka thread but I had a question with regards to eka entry, when you enter the final unlock should all the doors unlock not just the drivers? I have the weird situation where the key code lockout message goes but not all doors unlock and the alarm goes when you open the door and then you get engine disabled message. Also the fob won't sync presumably because the alarm is armed. Many thanks.

Connector block A post footwell drivers side or drivers door lock micro switches. Do the connector first, check for corrosion/broken pins. You may get away with stripping the door lock and cleaning the micro switches. Is the side light warning light flashing as you enter each operation of the EKA? Mine was not and I had a BECM issue (expensive)

I didn't look to see the light flashing on the dash but the eka must be going in as the message cleared from the display. cheers.

only driver's door unlocking has not disarmed anything. when disarmed by keycode all 4 door locks will pop up and interior courtesy lamps will come on. you are not getting the code in at all, whether because you are doing it wrong or whether its a microswitch/connector/BECM fault.

Ok, thanks.

Sorted! I cleaned those connectors going into the car and the two from the latch, not sure if that was it or working the rod from the lock barrel, but whatever it was I tried the EKA again, weirdly there was still no side light light, opened the door and there was no indicator flashing (i unplugged the siren) put the key in the ignition and whoosh the doors unlocked! The latch was covered in moisture so I reckon that couldn't have helped.
