Moderation is the key. I've known some very fit people drop down dead or get chronic neurological conditions before their time. Your body can only take so much. Stress it too much and you're in a heap of pain because if the inflammation response gets on top it'll wreak havoc. Little and often is the key.

Strange as it may seem that's what the wife says. It's only little but she likes it often.

Personally I'm classified as fit, not overweight, blood pressure, pulse, spot on. Cholesterol 3.5 but that didn't stop me having a stroke in March. My exercise comes from horizontal jogging now.

According to my doctor the next bullshit reason for ill health to be dreamed up by the medics after smoking, sugar, red meat Etc is sitting down relaxing and doing nothing in particular. That is apparently why people suffering from COPD who can't walk ten yards without Oxygen are offered exercise classes. Bloody idiots.

I wonder if the Gtech creator and star of his own ads could be encouraged to take up running?
Then he could potentially be mown down.
Oh the irony.:p
