i have a question to those who have a larger intercooler, im aquiring a spare manifold, now my question is... how have ppl fitted their actuator feed?? i hear of ppl drilling the back of the manifold?? what size/ what fitting was used???
The 300tdi fanimold is already drilled and plugged, it's at the rear. I'm not sure it makes much difference though, if you feed from the manifold and get an intercooler blockage, it will work the nuts off the turbo trying to boost.
