What ever you get make sure its a size you can buy anywhere, that usually means 235/85 - 16. Once you go out of USA/Europe and away from 16" tyres get harder to get. These guys end up changing to smaller tyres after their front axle breaks.

They do a piece to camera about the difference between off-roading and overlanding. They are very clear; overlanders do not go off road and at avoid it when ever they can. Its too risky, wears the drivetrain and does too much damage but they do drive very poor roads. That could decide the tyre choice.
