I have the PDF manuals for early 110/90's and the wiring diagram that is in it. What I'm hoping for is a coloured larger pdf wiring diagram with the descriptors in it rather than the numbers.

also my 110 has an extra fuse block that isnt covered in the wiring diagram or on the sticker on the fuse box cover.

any help please and thanks! as I have my work cut out for me!

If the fuse box in my 1988 110 is anything to go by it looks like the previous owner of your one went to town on it a bit, my one has the 2 rows of 6 glass fuses and off to the upper left 2 more fuses (if i remember correctly for the rear washer and the heated rear screen, might be wrong though). Are there a lot of electrical extras on your truck like work lamp, spots etc etc. If so you may end up having a job tracking down where everything goes.
If you are having electrical problems though modifying them to take blade fuses is pretty easy (just very time consuming) and it makes a huge difference, took me about 3 hours to do and fixed problems i didnt even know i had till i noticed things working that didnt before.

edit: i should have looked at the second picture, yep it looks like a lot of extras are there so all i can really suggest is try to contact the previous owner (if thats possible) and get him to tell you what goes where

Do the extra switches actually do anything? Or was it ex MOD and stuff has been removed?

if it ex-mod maybe this is of help

it isn't ex mod. the aux switches on the center panel are rear wiper, winch, off road lights on a-bar bumper and headlight high beam switch. the regular switches on the steering column were disconnected.

i should have added that it is a 2.5 litre petrol engine so no glow plugs.

Thanks for the input though.

The additional fuses (on my 88 CSW) are for the rear screen heater and rear wipers.

Be aware that the dash lights (small red wire) can be removed from the dash/interior light switch and connected into the main light switch; this will make them come on when you turn the lights on.
