They also fit them to scania artics. Except when they come fitted from the factory they put them on the trailing side of the wiper,so the fly is smeared across the screen & the water does nothing . Moved the drivers side to leading edge & all goodWiper mounted washer spray bars! Mine came from a 405 estate in the scrap yard but I can only find them here now: link
Noticed even more now the 90 does not have them fitted.
I knew Volvo truck had them but they are molded into the wiper arm. if the Scania ones are separate I will try and find some Scania parts, annoyingly most of the trucks at work are Mercedes, but they may have some Scania bits they wont miss! They also fit them to scania artics. Also can get the fittings that hold onto the wiper arm.
Some of the VW do a mist version
My best two are first the Slickshift kit which halves the stick movement between gears and second,
Yes, but the short movement between gears is lovely and slick. Its now like a saloon car gear change and a lot quicker than when it was standard. It also allows you the chance to add lots of grease and new nylon stick ball cup and to renew the anti rattle sprin and cup that sits in the hole in the ball of the gearstick itself. Then there is the chance to adjust the two bolts that hold the gearchange turrett main spring in place to take out all the slack. A simple job that stops the gearstick rattling from normal wear.that removes all the fun of guessing exactly the where the next gear is, very un land rover!

Ha, i wonder how many Defenders have their gearbox's taken out and recon'd at 60k miles. I do agree with thoroughly greasing up the turret on the gearchange though as it makes for a nicer smoother gear change and it will stop wear as well. My gear stick used to buzz and rattle when driving along but after fitting the Slickshift kit and adjusting the main spring bolts it doesnt now and it slips in nicely when you change gears. The standard change is a bit agricultural for me with too much travel on the stick. SO even if you cant afford the Slickshift kit, just remove the gaiter on the gearstick, the turret and its four bolts and grease everything well to do yourself a favour and prolong its life. All of that should be done anyway every 2 years (60k miles) when you recon the gearbox.
