Seems pretty reasonable at £455 IMHO.... At least it will all come in 1 box at the same time. You could probably order it all separately through eBay and save a couple of quid, but have to wait in for several deliveries etc....

+1 looks to be a decent price if you ask me!

4 calipers and 4 airbags plus discs and pads etc....not bad at all....

As Mozz says tryCraddocks, but also Paddock Spares or mm4x4

Try Adventure 4x4 in morley nr leeds, ive found them great for parts. ( not brit part stuff)

I generally find Island hard to beat. Occasionally Rimmer Bros beat them on odd things and there's the auction site if you want to risk it.

Sorry to jump onto this thread; I will one day need to replace the exhaust system on my '99 4.0... I would like to buy an OEM item if possible. Does anyone know of any places that may stock these? Presume main dealers won't have them any more. Do any companies buy parts from the maker to distribute once vehicles reach a certain age?

Failing that can anyone suggest a high quality standard non land rover replacement source?

I mainly use Island 4x4. Always found them good on price - got the choice of Britpart or oem quality on most parts. Excellent service - stuff usually arrives next working day. Used to use Rimmers quite a bit when I had old Triumphs but always found them a bit pricey for Range Rovers although the parts they stock are quite extensive.

Double S stainless, looks just like OEM but will outlast the car:)

+1 for Island 4x4, quick delivery, and excellent packaging. I even got (for free, how generous) issues of The Landy. I like!

Now a question:

If you ever used paint to correct scratches, what kind of paint and where did you buy it? I recently got a paint stick from Island 4x4, and I was not happy with it. The color is different than the original paint, and very ackward to use...

My guess is Land Rover paint, but I would like to hear from you...

Epsom Green from Halfords was spot on for mine.

Bear in mind that over time paints can fade and dis-colour ;)
