Crank rear oil seal most likely, I'd replace it as a matter of course anyway

yes but i am changing the engine anyways ?, i will check disco bell housing so i know whether to replace this one

Any disco 200/300 is going to be a good few years old, renew the seal especialy if it has sat for a while, its an easy job with the motor out

Seal isn't too happy when you take flywheel housing off anyway so just buy it it's not expensive
