My 95 4.6 HSE keeps draining my battery to a point where the battery is absolutely 100% dead.
The battery has just been swapped under warranty so is new. Put the fully charged battery on the car, sort out the EKA code and the car will start and function all ok.
By the following morning there is no charge in the battery at all. Not even enough for the bleeping when you put the ignition key in!
I am stumped - the car is down the garage, they are taking out different fuses to try and find the issue but this is taking some time as they have to keep charging the battery.


Nothing has been changed electrical wise for over a year so it must be something gone wrong with the elecrical system.

Any ideas?

Its under the o/s/r parcel shelf if they dont know. Locks will still work but you need to hold key fob next to the o/s/r window for them to work as the wire your taking off powers the reciver ariel. best to leave it off either way as it can bugger up both front door locking motors, mine did!!!!
