Hi all,

Dumb question but has anyone got the dimensions and power rating for the correct battery for a 2.25L Petrol series2a?

I found a previous thread on here but the guy in Halfords is asking dimensions since they don’t have series 2 details on their systems.

Any info would be great thanks!

A thread for the same part number as found in my parts manual for a petrol s2a (278283, described as 'Battery, dry, 12V, LU4016417, Petrol models) comes up with some dimensions about halfway down, and some further reference. I can't vouch for the authenticity but hope it helps!
