each to their own i guess, but age & mileage arn't everything :)

Agreed but add to those, the fact it's a rangey and you're stuck with a candy coated lump of ****e.. It may look sweet but under that coating it's still ****e..

I like the stripe but can't tell if it's white (which whilst looking nice would be odd) or if it's silver (that would match the lettering etc). Any ideas?

It has a stripe  That's changed me mind. I'll have it..

So will I. Can't complain for £4 and if it looks ****e, I'll take it off again. (just in case it was too hard to follow)

But I still can't tell what colour it is...

Not the stripe ya foooooooooool the whole rangey speshully if it's only £4

I like it apart from the wheels. they just dont look nice. Interior does though, still wouldnt spend that amount on a p38 though!!

And it is sold!

interesting silver foil 'upgrade' under the bonnet.

Looks as though it has had a recent make over also. Don't think the carbon fibre or start button will be overfinch of that period. also the neat hole in the ashtray for power. Looks ok, but the value (if any) will only be a 'original' Overfinch specification car.

Not a fan of P38's then i take it?

Problem with a motor whos price is based on an "incredibly rare engine" is when it fks up it dissolves your bank balance.

Lets face it landorvers of any model struggle to cope with whatever engine is fitted as std. and have done since 1948. Putting a 6ltr engine in it isn't gonna be pretty is it??

Did anyone else notice the cap in the grill? possible power point or booster connection?

My guess, is it is an additional 'old fashioned type' of key immobiliser.
have a look at the drivers door a-pillar with the door open. The lower part doesn't look right?
