Hello there - sorry if this has been previously posted (I did a search but couldn't see a post)

Just bought a '92 LWB Defender - the back windows rattle. Is there a favoured remedy for this?
Carnauba wax perhaps?

Many thanks for any tips.

Is it the sliding ones?

If so, slide it fully open then cut a piece of milk carton, 2litre plastic drink bottle so that you have a strip about 3/4 of an inch wide. Make 2 scores along the length of the strip with a sharp knife so that you can fold it into a C channel section. Make the width of the channel about as wide as the sliding rail of the window.

Push these down into the slide then pull the window over them, these will pack the glass in tight and stop the rattle.

If you need a picture let me know.
