Just thought I would bang some pictures up of our trip so far, currently in Andorra where the internet is amazingly fast and the tracks are awesome :p

Wild camping in the desert is amazing, waking up in the morning and not being able to hear anything at all is awesome. So is climbing out the tent to this

IMG_0331 by t4bby1, on Flickr

Got stuck

IMG_0342 by t4bby1, on Flickr

But fortunately a local berber with super human strength pulled us out

IMG_0344 by t4bby1, on Flickr

Babbage went off to find wifi, we got bored of looking for somewhere sheltered to camp and figured this will do

IMG_0005 by t4bby1, on Flickr

IMG_1694 by t4bby1, on Flickr

Got a local craftsman to make a wooden toy of my car.. What a amazing job he did! Got the snorkel, spot lights, spare wheel on the bonnet, jerry can on the side.. Simply awesome.

Cant remember where this is

IMG_0149 by t4bby1, on Flickr

Camels.. Everywhere.. They liked to come and chill with us when we were camping or stuck

IMG_0155 by t4bby1, on Flickr

Speaking of which

IMG_0176 by t4bby1, on Flickr

Gave up trying to get out and had some beers and watched the sunset instead

IMG_0194 by t4bby1, on Flickr

Strayed into Algeria a few times, we met these men who have just returned to there home on the border for the first time since 1995 due to Algerian aggression, they are the only 2 people in the village

IMG_0258 by t4bby1, on Flickr

Flat out on lake Iliriki!

Got thousands more pictures but no time to go through them.. Now it's time to head to the gun shop and find out if there is a shooting range in Andorra because I have never seen so many guns lined up in shop windows :)

Should probably go home soon though was supposed to be back at work today

Nice read Guy :) glad it all worked out for you :) Drinking a beer and watching the sun go down is a familiar past time ;)

It was amazing mate :D

Shout out to the blokes at garage Iriki, proper decent guys an everything was so cheap and they know exactly what they are doing, highly recommended.

what was with the spring and grinder

The springs were rated for Glenn's old 300tdi, but then he dropped in a much lighter engine and then added loads of weight to the back with all his kit which made the prop sit at a angle and destroy itself.. So cut down the springs at the front to make it sit level and fitted a new prop in Spain :)

looks like an epic adventure! me and a friend are hoping to do a trip there in 2015 with a bit of luck, like the look of the roof tent etc on the 90 (the 1 that goes out over the bonnet) hopefully make somthing like that to go on my disco

Just get out there and do it mate, buy Chris Scots book and get a map and compass and go :D

The tent is a Myway and a mate of mine fabricated the mounts for the A-bar, it's been really good.

PM me if you need a hand sorting anything out etc mate.

Yeh no probs thanks for the offer, the idea ive got is a tent size panel either slides out from under my existing rack on the high part of the disco roof or folds out and is supported by the bumper. (by which time ill have a winch bumper on) with access like yours at the front. The only reason were not going sooner is that my mate hasnt actualy got a landy yet! He wants a 109 but wants to modernise it with def/disco axles/boxes etc and a 200/300 hence the 2 year wait! (still gives me time to sort my disco and help him build his s2)

Cheers lads :)

Drove through Paris today, my god that was scary!

Going home tomorrow so will get some pics up, had 2 go pros filming most of it so will get some videos up too.
